YouTube Not Working? Camera Crashing? Here’s What Actually Helped Me (FREE Tool) 57215t
Okay, quick backstory. 3d169
A couple of days ago, I was helping a friend fix his old POCO phone (pretty sure it was a POCO X3 or something close). The issue? YouTube refused to load, and the camera app would just crash the moment it opened. Classic post-update mess. And to make things worse, it was running Android 14 — so most of the usual tricks weren’t helping.
I didn’t want to flash anything or waste hours searching for the right firmware, so I did what any of us would do... I started hunting for a shortcut.
Randomly stumbled across this little tool made by the PhoneProgramFix Tool Team (shoutout to them and MrMiX7779, whoever you are — legend). Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. Most free tools are either broken, filled with ads, or ask you to pay after 2 clicks.
But this one? Super simple and it actually worked.
What It Does: 36353t
- Fixes YouTube app issues (stuck loading, won’t play videos)
- Fixes camera problems (crashes, black screen, “can’t connect” error)
- Shows your Device ID (handy for those on Android 13–15)
- Free to use
- -protected archive: @Phone_Program_Fix
And yes, the interface is basic — black background, 3 buttons, and a live log window. But who cares? It does the job.
Real Example From My Fix Session: 5c3y2p
Here’s literally what I did:
- ed and extracted the tool (had to use the above).
- Enabled USB debugging on the phone.
- Connected the device, ran the tool.
- Clicked Camera Fix → log says “Camera Fix APK installed successfully.”
- Clicked YouTube Fix for good measure.
Result:
Camera opened without any error. YouTube played without buffering. No flashing needed. Took less than 2 minutes.
